Well kinda locally; if it were closer I'd have an even harder time resisting it! Looks to be in good shape and is priced at $350 OBO.

Well hey, welcome to Hoosier land! I'm down on the west side of Indy. My wife's family is all from Muncie; some are still there. Some nice area up that way but not much work going on...
