The first pic shows the tool, with the case holder/decapper, the cartridge block and the primer punch with the adjusting wheel. The other end of the tool holds the sizing with the case holder/decapper running through it.
The second pic show the back of the tool with the nut on the end of the decapper. When resizing this is replaced with an case expanding rod (.358) and the sizer is moved into the forward position shown by the forward hole in the main rod. The pointed gizmo on the end is for belling the case mouth. Sorry for the dust.
The 3 pic shows the decapper raised with a case on it. It is lowered into the cartridge block when the handle is moved foward.
The 4 pic shows the case in the block. Move the handle forward and the primer pops out. Put a new primer in the trough in the block and move the handle toward the rear and a new primer is seated.
Pic 4 ended up being on top, but you can figure it out.
Bullet seating is accomplished in a straight line hand die.
