I really love my 5" 629 Classic, one of the best shooting handguns I've ever owned, and it is still comfortable to carry. In the winter I've even been known to use it for concealed carry without much problem. It has been used for some informal long range competition and more than holds it's own against Freedom Arms and high-zoot custom handguns. Yours sure sport some pretty impressive grips, much nicer looking than the Pachy Compacs mine wears.
