During the FreedomFest 2012 last night in Leavenworth we were surprised by the MoKan Gold Star Mothers organization with a beautiful "Honor and Remember" flag.

3 families of service members (all US ARMY tonight....this is Leavenworth after all) killed during active duty recieved flags...

Lots of tears...

Something about this town...best hometown in the Army...
