Buyer beware - Crimson Trace + M&P compact w ambi safety

Don't mix! The safety on the right side of the gun is in the way. Since I got mine cheap on fleabay I did some very judicious whittling to make it fit but I can flip the safety off but not on with my left thumb. I looked on their website and only under fitting tips does it say they are not compatible. The box does say that but it was a little late by the time it showed up in the mail. They need a big disclaimer on the website. Laser works great but it was annoying to say the least. I also could not access the elevation screw while the grip was on the gun but it as easy to pop off and on.

Cure : remove Ct laser go outside flip it in the trash,

never look back. Or sell it at a gun show and buy more ammo.

If you choose to keep the CT grip, carefully check any holster websites before you buy. I ordered a Comptac for mine only to find out it didn't fit. I eventually located someplace on their website that did say that particular holster wasn't compatible but it should have been more obvious.
Now, the M&P with the CT grip fits in my Cuda just fine.
