Sad news... (reply)

I’m kinda new here and did not know him but prayers for his family! In the last three weeks I too have lost friends and family. My best man and friend died from a heart attack at 56 and a Vietnam vet and friend died of a wired cancer(agent orange) I worked patrol with them for years also and my mother in law passed!

I had been thinking about him just the day before. (reply)

While thinking about a gun I'd sold him. One of those "I should have kept that, I wonder if he still has it, I wonder if he'd sell it back" kind of thing.

I think the last time I saw him in person was also the last time I saw Frank H. June 6th, 2009. The last day of the last time we got together in PA. Which started out as great day and by mid day had turned into one of the worst of my life. Now even more sad associations with the day.

I will certainly miss our conversations, he was such an easy going gent, and always ready to lend a helping hand or a piece of friendly advice. RIP my friend, may the good Lord grant peace to your family and friends.

Mike was a good friend. I've shot with him, ate with him, drink with him, stayed in his house, he was very good to me. Spoke with him a few weeks ago on the phone. He's going to be missed.

Sad news...

John Michael Cominski aka: "Uncowboy" has passed away. Sorry, I have no further details at the moment. He was very kind and generous to me when I picked up a .35 Rem Marlin and sent me a large assortment of cast bullets to try out. I still have some left. I'll have to load some more up for a salute....
