I've been shooting and packing my 1911s this winter, but they are GM spec and do require an extra tight pull o' the belt.
With smooth grips, Alessi and your holsters, I've never had any problems with irritation. But I did poke a hole the the back of a leather chair with the butt of my Kimber, once. Is that considered a giveaway?
